Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the World Sports Day website at worldsportsday.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and World Sports Day. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.

All content on the Site, including the World Sports Day name, logo, copy, illustrations, photos, and code, is owned by or licensed to World Sports Day. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written consent. If you would like to use our materials, please get in touch.

User Submissions

From time to time you may send us information through the contact form, sign-up forms, or by email. By doing so you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

You retain ownership of anything you submit. By submitting content, you grant World Sports Day a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the project. You can ask us to delete any specific submission at any time.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
